Face Rock formation at golden hour with sky and ocean
About Face Rock

Operational partner.
In your corner for the long run.

Tribal health systems are doing essential work. The operational complexity of federal programs should not be the thing that limits what they can accomplish. We come in where that complexity lives and build what is needed, from the ground up.

What We Do

Inside the system, not above it

Tribal health programs deserve access to every resource available to them. The barrier is rarely eligibility. It is operational: enrolling, structuring, and maintaining federal programs like 340B, 105(l) leases, and pre-award funding requires expertise and time that most Tribal program staff do not have to spare.

We work inside the program structure alongside health directors, administrators, and program staff. We build and manage the operational components that make these programs run. When something shifts, we are close enough to step back in and adjust.

We work under ISDEAA self-determination principles. Your program structure stays intact and in control. Face Rock provides the operational depth to run federal programs correctly, not the infrastructure to replace what your Tribe already owns.

Our Role

Not a rescue. An investment in what is already there.

How we describe ourselves matters because it changes what we are accountable for. Face Rock is an operational partner. That is a different relationship than a vendor, a broker, or a consultant.

Not a broker

Face Rock does the operational work directly, inside your system, with your staff, under your program's ISDEAA structure. We are not passing work to a third party and stepping back.

Not a one-time engagement

Face Rock structures programs from enrollment and compliance through execution and ongoing management. Documents, applications, and filings are outputs of the operational work. We stay in it.

Not a vendor

Vendors sell products or platforms. Face Rock builds operational capacity inside existing Tribal health infrastructure. There is no system to install, no platform to subscribe to, no lock-in.
