340B Program Services
Tribal health programs should be able to put every available dollar back into care. The 340B program makes that possible. Most Tribal programs that qualify are not enrolled, or are not fully compliant. Face Rock manages every step so your team can stay focused on patients, not the program.
Talk to Face RockThe 340B program, explained plainly
340B requires pharmaceutical manufacturers to sell outpatient drugs to eligible covered entities at reduced prices. Tribal programs operating under an IHS contract or compact qualify. Participation is administered by HRSA and requires formal enrollment, documented compliance systems, and audit-ready records.
The barrier is not financial, it is operational. OPAIS enrollment is error-prone without experience. Compliance documentation, including diversion prevention policies, audit trails, and contract pharmacy agreements, requires infrastructure most Tribal programs do not have in place. Face Rock builds and manages both.
Who Qualifies
Tribal health programs operating under an IHS contract or compact with an outpatient or contract pharmacy arrangement. Face Rock conducts a no-cost eligibility assessment first.
Administered By
HRSA's Office of Pharmacy Affairs. Participation requires OPAIS enrollment, documented compliance systems, and audit-ready documentation, all managed by Face Rock end-to-end.
The gap between current drug costs and 340B pricing is often substantial. Face Rock's first step is a no-cost assessment of that gap.
What Face Rock does in your 340B program
Eligibility assessment. We confirm your program qualifies and identify the covered entity classification that applies to your contract or compact, before any enrollment work begins.
HRSA enrollment. Face Rock manages enrollment through HRSA's OPAIS system. Errors here are common and costly. We handle it directly, not through delegated paperwork.
Contract pharmacy setup. If your program doesn't operate an in-house pharmacy, we structure a contract pharmacy arrangement with a qualified dispenser. Fully compliant and common for tribal programs.
Compliance infrastructure. 340B requires documented policies, diversion prevention systems, and auditable records. We build and maintain that infrastructure inside your existing structure. No new platforms needed.
Ongoing oversight. HRSA audits. Face Rock monitors your compliance posture, prepares for audit readiness, and manages findings if they arise.
